- Venue/Location:Selecting a venue is determined by several factors such as number of delegates, duration of the event/conference, theme and nature of the conference and desire of the delegates/company culture. We always ensure our venues are accessible. If using a venue for the first time we visit the venue in advance to familiarize with the location before the conference begins.
- Airport Transfers:All airport transfers are well co - coordinated and delegates are met at the airport when they arrive and again dropped back for their departure flights.
- Meet and Assist:We do arrange for meet and assist at the airport when delegates arrive. Our staff representative meets the delegates when they arrive right from the aircraft door and assists them through immigration and all other arrival formalities and hands them to the driver. This works out very well especially with VIPS and people in need of any visa assistance upon arrival.

- Branding: we brand the venue of the event in accordance to the theme and nature of industry in which you are. We take into consideration the fact that branding is an aspect of marketing and has an impact to the delegates attending the event and prospective clients.
- Hotel Bookings and Rates:We have established good relationship with most hotels across East Africa. This ensures we have competitive rates for our conference clients. We have special contract rates with most hotels and hotel/lodge chains.
- Hospitality desk:A hospitality desk is set up at the conference venue to help in reconfirmation of tickets, reconfirmation of airport transfers, booking of any tours and excursions and any other general information as may be required.
